Daniel Potts to William Beck, (heading says Duplin County) - £225 for 207 acres in Sampson County beginning in the percimmon branch a little below John Easoms improvements and adjacent to back line of land pattented by Thomas Gray, mouth of Bear Pond Branch (apparently emptied into the run of Panther), and the run of Panther as it meanders to George Fraziers lower corner.
