21 Sep 1712 - William Dunn sold to John Tarpley for sixty pounds (in his actual possession now being by virtue of a lease), 200 acres by will of Capt. Alex'r Newman dec'd now in the possession of the said John Tarpley. Wife Ann relinquished right of dower in lands conveyed in deed.
