Know all men by these pr:sents yt: I Walter Dunn of Northumberland County, planter, for severall causes doe give unto Mary Cornish, daughtrer of Wm: Cornish, one yearling heifer and all her increase for the future whatever for ye sd. Maries use and benefit, it being a black and white heifer with a slit in ye right eare and overkeeld and underkeeld in the left eare, this to be recorded in Cort: and is acknowledged by ye witness hereof.
