In the matter of the administration of the estate of W. G. Martin dec'd before F. Herring, CSC
Lewis Martin being duly sworn doth say: That W. G. Martin late of said county is dead, without leaving any will and testament; and that he is the proper person entitled to Letters of Administration on the estate of the said W. G. Martin, A. T. Grady the former Admin. having declined to renew bond
Further, that the value of said estate, so far as can be ascertained at the date of this application is about $72, and that
