Administrator Bond September 1815

State of North Carolina Craven County - Know all men by these presents, that we Edward Thomas, Sylvester Brown, Daniel Carthy and Edward Pasteur are held and firmly bound unto Thomas Smith Chairman of the Court of Pleas and Quarter sessions in the sum of one hundred pounds. The condition of the obligation is such that if the above bounded Edward Thomas Administrator of all and singular goods and chattels, rights and credits of Owen Dougherty deceased. Within 90 days Edward Thomas must exhibit to the court a list of all goods, chattels and credits of the deceased at the time of his death and make a true and just account of his administration within two years.
