Written, 7 Nov 1780 Wife Billinda Stevens plantation where I now live, with the lands, during her natural life; livestock; household furniture; negroes Jack and Frank; 1/2 copper still until son Edward is 18 years; use of remaining negroes and estate until Edward is of full age, then to be divided between surviving children. Sons Phillip and William Stevens plantation where I now live and negroes after death of wife, equally divided. Sons Henry, Edward, John and Jacob Stevens all remaining parts of land divided according to seniority. Remainder personal estate to wife and after her death to be divided equally among all children.
