8 May 1816 - State of Tennessee - Williamson County - This day personally appeared before me Owen T. Watkins a Justice of the Peace in and for the county aforesaid and made oath that Leoma Potts, as they are informed and verily believe is dead, that the said Leoma Potts was a minor, that no administration has been granted on Estate of said deceased, and that Daniel Potts is the reputed father of the said Leoma Potts given under my hand this 18 day of May 1816.
