Will of Alex Casey written 24 Feb 1908 and recorded 21 Nov 1914

To my wife Mary Casey the lot of land in Goldsboro I purchased of Richard Freeman in lieu of dower in my land and upon her death said lot to my heirs in fee simple.

To son Benjamin Jr. three tracts of land: 105 acres, 6 acres and 30 acres and gins, mills and the machinery and all my interest in Casey Gin and Milling Company.

To my daughter Emma Casey two tracts of land containing 110 acres and 35 acres.

To my daughter Lola Casey three tracts of land containintg 107 acres, 4 acres and 30 acres.

I nominate my son Ben Casey Jr. executor of this will.
