This deed made this (blank) day of July 1903 by and between Alex Casey and wife Mary H. of the one part and Alex Casey, John Grant and Ransom Garris, Trustees of the White Free Will Baptist Church at Casey's Chapel of the second part in consideration of good will for the said Church and for the sum of one dollar a certain parcel of land in New Hope Township adjoining the lands of John H. Sasser and Alex Casey containing one acre so long as shall be used by the White Free Will Baptist Church for a place of worship of Almighty God by the White F. W. B. Church of the C. F. Conference and when said land shall fail to be used it shall revert to said Alex Casey, his heirs or assigns. Wayne County, NC Register of Deeds, Bk 89, pg 3.
