Indenture made May 19, 1829 between Joseph Everitt and William Casey both of Wayne, for 50,000 weight of good merchantable seed cotton for land in Wayne on the south side of the north prong of Bear Creek adjacent to Plank Branch, Henry Smith. Another tract of land joining the afsd above tract Fedk. Jordan's corner, John Lewis' corner, Henry Johnson's fence containing in whole of both tracts 481 acres.
