September 11, 1839 - In obedience to an order issued from the county we the undersigned commissioners qualified by Sheriff William Thompson Sheriff of said county have divided the lands of William Casey Dec'd among all his lawful heirs as follows: Lot No 1 of 54 acres drawn by John Casey land adjacent to William Smith's line, corner on the page old field, east prong of Plank Branch and Thompson's line.
