I give and devise all my estate real and personal whereof I may die seized or possessed to Abia Herring, Matthew Casey Jr. and Lemuel Casey all of Wayne upon the uses and trusts following: Namely in trust to pay all my debts.

Secondly to convert all my said estate into money if such a course shall be thought best by my said trustees.

Thirdly to equally divide my entire estate share and share alike between Benjamin Casey, Cuzza Herring, Elizabeth Williams, Bryant Casey, Sarah Strickland heirs, John R. Casey, Phebe Capps, Caroline Fields, Mary Casey Jr., Matthew Casey Jr., Lemuel Casey and Francis Casey. If either of my children shall before such division have died leaving lawful issue such issue to receive the parents share but if there be no issue then such share to fall into the general fund to be divided among the survivors in the manner before directed. I nominate my said trustees, Abia Herring, Matthew Casey Jr. and Lemuel Casey as executors and have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the 15 Oct 1860.
