Indenture made August 28, 1819 between John Smith of Wayne and John Casey of Duplin, for $400 land in Wayne being the lands that John Smith bought of Jacob Giddens which fell to him in a division of the lands of his father John Giddens dec'd and adjacent to Adam Reaves corner and containing 167 acres.
